The City of Alcoa, TN, completed a Safety Action Plan (SAP) to ultimately reduce fatal and serious injury crashes for all roadway users (i.e., drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists). The SAP meets the requirements of the United States Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program.
